Rentokil (Account Executive role) is recruiting in the U.S. to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare, and retail.

You will join a results-oriented team, undergo comprehensive training, and progress in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect facilities, present pest control solutions, and manage proposals and presentations that drive sales while leveraging Rentokil’s programs and pricing.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated with hunter’s mentality to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Mansioni

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and pest harborage; sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
