Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management solutions and provide excellent customer service. You’ll represent the brand, assess customer needs, and help protect homes while meeting sales goals.

Role requires inspecting homes, collaborating with service teams, and developing proposals with the branch to expand services. Travel up to 100% and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the sales CRM.
