Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services and products, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to grow the business. You’ll represent the national brand locally, assessing customer needs and proposing effective pest solutions.

Expect to travel within assigned territories, collaborate with teams, and develop compelling proposals. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and first-day benefits as part of a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to aid understanding of customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
