Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a driven Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services. You will inspect homes, assess pest issues, and develop proposals to resolve problems while growing the customer base.

You will collaborate with service teams, utilize Sales CRM, and travel within your territory. Strong communication, customer service, and 1–2 years in pest sales or tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and consult on services.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs.
• Develop proposals and close sales with follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and document findings for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to convert opportunities.
