Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and protect homes. You will be the face of our national brand locally, assessing needs, consulting customers, and applying expert knowledge to drive sales while delivering customer-focused service.

The role requires strong communication skills, 1–2 years of pest tech or sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 100% of the time. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
