Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell household pest management services to residential customers. You will assess needs, present solutions, and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and sales skills. Travel up to 100% of the territory is required as you represent a national brand locally.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills required.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and improve household services.
• Complete Home diagram and share in Sales CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
