Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell leading pest management services to residential customers. You will be the local face of our national brand, assessing customer needs and presenting pest control solutions to protect homes and families.

You’ll work with multiple teams to identify revenue opportunities and develop proposals. A valid driver’s license and sales experience help you succeed in a dynamic, field-based role with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to address existing pest issues and suggest enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of the home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
