Job summary

Terminix is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering customer-focused service. You will assess customers' needs, consult on products, and use expert knowledge to close sales and protect homes and families.

You will travel within your territory, collaborate with branches, and leverage CRM tools to manage proposals and installations. A high school diploma and a valid license are required, with sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually protect homes by inspecting for pests and selling pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Assist with new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
