Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, seeks a field-based Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services. You will represent the national brand locally, assess customer needs, and provide solutions that protect homes and families.

This role requires visiting customer sites, collaborating with service teams, and meeting sales targets across your territory. Applicants should have strong sales and customer-service skills, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable traveling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and document findings.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
