Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to drive sales of pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and presenting effective pest control solutions.

The role involves inspecting homes, collaborating with service teams, and developing customer proposals. Travel may be up to 100% within the assigned territory, with benefits starting on day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality.
