Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments with customers.
• Route planning to minimize drive time for technicians.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes.
• Schedule appointments to optimize technician efficiency.
• Identify customer needs through listening and questioning.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and privacy safeguards.
