Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver best-in-class pest service experiences. You will field requests, schedule service visits, and coordinate routes to minimize drive time while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and plan alternate routes if needed.
• Use active listening to identify customer concerns and assess needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information, call details, payments, and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
