Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and plan efficient routes.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning; assess needs and respond appropriately.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and document call outcomes.
