Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing Commercial customers. You’ll join a results-driven team and participate in a comprehensive training program to learn our pest management services and pricing policies.

Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, and developing territory plans to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
Two years of B2B sales experience preferred (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
Willingness to obtain any required industry licenses funded by the company.

Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
Visually inspect buildings for pests and pest harborage to identify needs.
Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
Learn Rentokil’s programs, policies, and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service excellence.
Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
