Crunch, LLC in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services, by meeting new client goals and retaining existing clients. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week.

You will lead the front-end selling process, oversee PT delivery, and own the client journey through our paid programming, ensuring punctuality, dress code, friendliness and cleanliness across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in supervising/leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client acquisition process and coach staff on selling techniques.
• Oversee delivery of personal training services and KPI-driven schedules.
• Own the client journey, ensure program quality, and uphold standards.
