Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Familiarity with Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku).
• Ability to operate club equipment.
• Experience coaching/motivating groups.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Professional to maintain friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Responds professionally to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sell direct personal training services and coach staff on sales.
• Manage scheduling and KPI-driven resources.
• Oversee client journey and 90-day onboarding.
• Hire, train, and manage trainers.
• Maintain KPI reporting and communicate with General Manager.
• Oversee delivery of personal training services.
• Uphold standards of punctuality, dress code, friendliness.
