Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services and to retain members through strong acquisition and retention strategies.

You will lead the Front-end selling process for CrunchOne Kickoff, oversee delivery of personal training services, and own the client journey by engaging with our paid programming to ensure excellent service and results.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of personal training techniques and program design.
• Proven sales, communication, and rapport-building skills.
• Familiarity with Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku).
• Ability to coach and lead a team of trainers.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly by performing at least 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Coach and guide personal trainer reports on selling.
• Manage schedules and allocate resources to meet KPI targets.
• Own the client journey through the first 90 days and beyond.
• Ensure high-quality programs with scientific rationale and accurate admin of PT services.
