• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Familiarity with Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, etc.).
• Ability to lead and motivate groups.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to maintain punctuality, dress code, and cleanliness.
