Job summary

Crunch, LLC in Schaumburg, IL, seeks a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation and retention of paid Personal Training Services. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and leads the client journey from kickoff to delivery of training programs.

You will coach the front-end selling process, manage and develop a team of trainers, and ensure high-quality programs backed by a scientific rationale.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge and command of Crunch programs, like VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku, etc.
• Muscle be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: Sell directly—50% of the time/day; coach trainers on selling; manage schedules and resources.
• Minimize and Manage Attrition: Execute Client Journey, ensure high quality programs with a scientific rationale, track progress.
• Staff Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage & Communicate KPI's: Maintain reports and communicate improvements to General Manager.
