You will mentor trainers, set monthly sales goals, ensure client satisfaction, and implement company initiatives. CPR certification and NASM/ACE/NSCA credentials are required or preferred; the company offers full benefits and

Competenze

• CPR Certification is required.
• Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
