Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a driven Personal Training Manager for our Plantation club. You will drive revenue, develop a high-performance team, and deliver world-class fitness experiences, while coaching trainers on business development and ensuring superior member service.

You will recruit and mentor staff, monitor sales, retention, and trainer performance, and promote personal training services within a vibrant, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Oversee personal training programs to ensure a world-class fitness experience for every client.
• Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Foster relationships with members and promote personal training services.
