Job summary

Crunch Fitness in St. Pete is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to drive personal training sales, lead a team of trainers, and elevate member engagement while maximizing club revenue.

You will mentor staff, set monthly goals, and collaborate with leadership to implement sales initiatives and ensure top-tier customer service. This role offers base salary with commission, full benefits, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/NSCA) is preferred.
• Sales and leadership experience in fitness or performance-driven environments is expected.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients.
