Job summary

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a dynamic Personal Training Manager in Florida to lead revenue growth and team performance. You will coach trainers, develop business opportunities, and ensure a top-tier member experience across personal training services.

You will manage sales metrics, drive engagement, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within a fast-growing Crunch footprint.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers for high performance and growth.
• Oversee personal training programs to deliver a world-class fitness experience for members.
• Track and analyze PT sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Engage with the community and promote PT services to build a strong fitness community.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and policy compliance to maintain a safe training environment.
