Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Personal Training Manager in the Charlotte area to lead personal training sales, coach trainers, and deliver a world-class fitness experience.

This role offers compensation with base plus commissions and bonuses, rewarding sales leadership and team development. A strong track record in fitness sales and leadership is essential for growth within our expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required and national CPT certification preferred (NASM/ACE/NSCA/ACSM).
• Experience in fitness sales, coaching, and leadership within a gym setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team of personal trainers.
• Oversee member experience and ensure world-class training programs.
• Track sales, retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Foster community engagement and promote personal training services.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and adherence to company policies.
