JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the Crunch Fitness Personal Training program, drive member engagement, and grow PT revenue. You will supervise a team of trainers, manage front-end sales, and ensure high-quality training services across the club.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance standards, and a data-driven approach to client journeys. A day-shift schedule supports a balanced lifestyle within our California footprint.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, kinesiology or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to coach teams, lead groups, and uphold high member service standards.
• Proven sales ability with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to operate all club equipment and demonstrate fitness techniques.
• Pre-Employment Screening: background check required by policy.

Mansioni

• Sales & Client Engagement: perform at least 50% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs to drive PT sales.
• Coach trainers to improve consultative selling and assumptive close techniques.
• Own the Client Journey, first 90 days of engagement.
• Drive scheduling speed: 24–48 hour booking windows.
• Monitor funnel KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Program Delivery & Quality: ensure science-based, personalized, results-driven training.
• Oversee PT services administration: dotFIT, goal tracking, progress reports, program design.
• Use Enhance Platform for client management and execution.
• Ensure trainers meet Crunch and JEM standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: recruit, hire, train, and develop the PT team; conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, friendliness, and cleanliness.
• Operational & Business Management: build weekly schedules, report PT performance and margins.
• Partner with GM on PT strategy, budgeting, and growth.
• Support club operations and equipment readiness.
• Group Fitness Support: HIIT certified or able to obtain quickly; teach HIIT classes as needed.
