Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead Crunch Fitness' Personal Training program within our Naperville club. You will drive member engagement, grow PT revenue, and deliver an exceptional client journey through high-quality services.

You will manage a team of trainers, oversee front-end sales, and upholdCrunch and JEM standards. The role emphasizes leadership, fitness expertise, and results-driven program delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional personal training experience and program design expertise.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and rapport-building for coaching teams and members.
• Proven sales ability with capacity to drive client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales process and drive PT sales through kickoff events.
• Ensure high-quality, science-based, personalized training programs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing trainer team.
• Manage weekly schedules, reporting, and budgeting with the General Manager.
• Support club operations and group fitness as needed.
