JEM Wellness Brands, a Crunch Fitness partner, seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead our fitness team, boost PT sales, and deliver an exceptional client journey. You will drive program quality, coach trainers, and ensure high member satisfaction within a welcoming, results-driven environment.

The role emphasizes daily operations, scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with the General Manager on PT strategy and growth, while maintaining Crunch standards and a people-first

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• 2+ years of experience as a personal trainer
• Prior management experience in fitness, retail or hospitality
• Familiarity with Crunch systems: VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and client engagement to drive PT revenue.
• Ensure training programs are science-based, personalized, and results-driven.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing PT team.
• Build weekly schedules aligned to KPIs and business needs.
• Support club operations and maintain service standards.
