Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead our Crunch Fitness PT team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional, results‑focused member experience. You will coach trainers, manage client journeys through the first 90 days, schedule efficiently, and partner with the General Manager on PT strategy and department growth.

Minimum PT experience, nationally accredited cert, CPR/AED, and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• PT certification required; must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to coach teams and uphold high member service standards.
• Ability to manage client journeys and ensure top-tier training experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform at least 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs to drive PT sales.
• Coach trainers to improve consultative selling and closes.
• Own the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days of engagement.
• Build weekly schedules aligned to KPIs and business needs.
• Monitor funnel KPIs and implement improvement plans.
