JEM Wellness Brands, franchising Crunch Fitness, seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the fitness team and elevate member experience through high-quality training services and strong sales.

You will coach trainers, manage PT operations, and collaborate with leadership to grow revenue while maintaining Crunch standards. This role emphasizes a welcoming, results-driven client journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, kinesiology or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform at least 50% of CrunchOne Kickoffs (C1KOs) to drive PT sales.
• Coach trainers to improve consultative selling and close techniques.
• Own the Client Journey, focusing on the first 90 days of engagement.
• Drive 24–48 hour booking windows.
• Monitor funnel KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure science-based, personalized training programs.
• Oversee administration of PT services (dotFIT, progress reporting).
• Teach Enhance Platform for client management and execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing PT team.
• Partner with General Manager on PT strategy and budgeting.
