Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, operator of Crunch Fitness in Northern California, seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the fitness team, boost PT sales, and ensure program quality. The role emphasizes delivering high-value client journeys, coaching staff, and maintaining service standards across shifts.

The position focuses on operational leadership, scheduling, budgeting support, and partnership with the General Manager to grow PT services while maintaining a people-first culture aligned

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally accredited personal training certification (within 90 days of hire).
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience in coaching teams, leading groups, and maintaining high member service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform at least 50% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs (C1KOs) to drive PT sales.
• Coach trainers to improve consultative selling and closing techniques.
• Own the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days of engagement.
• Drive scheduling speed to 24–48 hours and monitor funnel KPIs.
