Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, the Crunch Fitness partner, seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead our fitness team, drive PT sales, and elevate member experience across our clubs.

This role emphasizes daily operations, coaching trainers, ensuring program quality, and delivering a welcoming, results-focused environment. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager on PT strategy while maintaining service standards and core values.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification required within 90 days.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in leading PT teams and sales experience.
• Ability to coach and develop trainers.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform at least 50% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs to drive PT sales.
• Coach and role-play with trainers to improve consultative selling.
• Own the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days of engagement.
• Drive consistency and speed-to-schedule, 24–48 hour booking windows.
• Monitor funnel KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
