Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Senior Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead the PT team, drive sales, and deliver a high-quality client journey at our Crunch Fitness locations. You will coach trainers, oversee front-end sales, and cultivate a results-focused, welcoming member experience.

The role requires strong fitness leadership, program design expertise, and the ability to manage schedules, reporting, and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Nationally accredited CPT certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required (or obtain within 30 days).
• Proven ability to coach teams and lead groups with high service standards.
• Strong sales ability with consultative skills and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Drive PT sales and client acquisition through Kickoffs and client journeys.
• Lead personal training team and ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and PT strategy with the GM.
• Maintain PT performance metrics and client satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency with Crunch and JEM session delivery standards.
