Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness partner, seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead the fitness team, grow PT sales, and elevate member experience with high-quality training. This full-time role demands strong leadership, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer service within a dynamic club environment.

You will manage trainers, own the client journey, and drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and KPI tracking while upholding Crunch standards and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification required or obtain within 30 days.
• Nationally accredited PT certification required within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, sales, and client-service skills.
• Ability to coach teams and manage a PT staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive PT sales and new client acquisition.
• Lead, train, and develop Personal Trainers.
• Oversee front-end sales process and client journey.
• Maintain program quality and KPI reporting.
• Schedule management and budget support.
• Foster a welcoming, high-performance club culture.
