Job summary

Fit Fusion, LLC in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Personal Training Manager to maximize participation and retention in paid Personal Training Services. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and focuses on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through effective coaching and program delivery.

You will lead front-end selling processes, manage delivery of services, and own the client journey from onboarding to progress tracking, collaborating with a team of trainers

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of personal training techniques and program design.
• Proven sales and client-relations abilities.
• Familiar with Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, etc.).
• Able to operate club equipment and lead groups.
• Experience managing a team of trainers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of the time/day to convert prospects.
• Coach and direct trainers on selling and performance.
• Own the client journey with paid programming and KPI-driven schedules.
• Ensure high-quality programs backed by scientific rationale and proper admin.
