Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC is seeking a Personal Training Manager in Algonquin, Illinois, responsible for maximizing member participation in personal training services. You will manage the client journey and lead a team while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in personal training, sales experience, and exceptional communication skills. This salaried position requires a commitment of at least 45 hours per week, with opportunities for bonuses and professional development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Experience in coaching/motivating groups.
• Prior management experience in retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the front-end selling process of the CrunchOne Kickoff.
• Ensure high quality personal training programs.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers.

Skills

Sales, communication, and rapport building skills

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design

Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to generate and maintain a friendly attitude

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Current CPR certification
