Job summary

Fit Fusion in the United States (Indiana) is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in our paid Personal Training Services, driving new client acquisition and retention. This is a salaried position, requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.

You will lead the front-end selling process of CrunchOne Kickoff, supervise the delivery of training, and own the client journey from onboarding to progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR required.
• Certifications in personal training (ACS, ACE, NSCA, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly and coach staff on selling personal training services.
• Manage schedules and direct resources based on KPIs.
• Oversee delivery of personal training services.
• Own the client journey and ensure high standards of service.
