Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness partner, is seeking a Personal Training Lead in Roseville, CA, to drive PT sales, ensure program quality, and deliver a welcoming, results-focused member experience. You will lead a team of trainers, manage the client journey, and uphold our standards for service excellence.

As a key leader, you will partner with the General Manager on PT strategy, budgeting, and growth while ensuring high-quality training and adherence to Crunch and JEM delivery standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, kinesiology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead PT program to drive member engagement, revenue growth, and retention.
• Manage front-end sales process and ensure timely client scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Partner with General Manager on PT strategy, budgeting, and department growth.
• Ensure training quality and program delivery meet Crunch and JEM standards.
• Oversee group fitness support and HIIT classes as needed.
