Job summary

Fit Fusion is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services. This salaried role requires leadership to exceed client acquisition and retention goals, and to coach the front-end sales and delivery of training programs.

You will own the client journey, supervise trainers, ensure program quality, and uphold company standards, while reporting KPIs and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge of Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku).
• Ability to operate club equipment and lead groups.
• Experience coaching/motivating teams.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly and coach trainers on selling.
• Manage schedules and allocate resources according to KPIs.
• Deliver high-quality personal training programs to clients.
• Oversee the client journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
