Job summary

Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services and achieve new client acquisition and retention goals. The role is salaried and requires a minimum of 45 hours per week, with leadership over a team of trainers and a focus on delivering high-quality programs.

Responsibilities include selling, coaching, scheduling, and KPI reporting, while upholding company standards such as punctuality, dress code, friendliness and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge and command of Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, etc.).
• Experience coaching/motivating groups.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: sell directly and coach others on selling; manage schedules and resources.
• Minimize and Manage Attrition: ensure client journey in first 90 days and high-quality programs.
• Staff Development: hire, train, and manage Personal Trainers; conduct performance meetings.
• Manage KPI's: maintain reports and communicate insights to General Manager.
