The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, knowledge of personal training techniques, and sales experience. You will guide a team of trainers and be expected to maintain company standards and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Preferred: Prior management experience in retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees.
• Preferred: Consultative sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize member participation and retention in personal training services.
• Manage client acquisition and retention goals.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers.

Skills

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design

Sales, communication, and rapport building skills

Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills

Experience in coaching/motivating groups

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Current CPR

Tools

Knowledge of Crunch programs
