Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, experience in personal training, and sales expertise. This role requires a high level of commitment, typically requiring 45 hours of work weekly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in coaching and motivating groups is important.

Responsibilities

• Maximize member participation in Personal Training Services.
• Manage and coach the front-end selling process.
• Hire, train, and manage Personal Trainers.

Skills

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design

Sales, communication, and rapport building skills

Knowledge of Crunch programs

Experience in coaching/motivating groups

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Current CPR certification
