Job summary

Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services and retain members. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and sales-driven leadership to grow new client acquisition and improve retention.

You will coach the front-end selling process, oversee delivery of personal training, and own the client journey by aligning programs, KPI tracking, and staff performance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred; CPR current.
• Experience with Personal Training programs and service delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of time per day; coach staff on selling.
• Manage schedules and direct resources based on KPI.
• Ensure high-quality PT services backed by scientific rationale.
