Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with preferred health-related degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Certification in personal training and CPR/First Aid/AED is preferred; certification required after hiring.
• Sales experience and ability to train diverse members are a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through a structured process.
• Engage members and prospects via calls and follow-ups.
