Job summary

Afbluestar is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to deliver personalized and group workouts, perform body scans, and drive personal training sales within our Florida gym. You will build relationships with members and prospects, follow a structured sales process, and contribute to a positive, motivational club experience.

You will also conduct consultations, tailor plans to goals, maintain a clean facility, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in kinesiology/health field preferred.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred, but not required upon hiring; certification required post hiring.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification preferred; certification obtainable after hire.
• Sales experience preferred; ability to multitask and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through a structured process and monthly revenue goals.
• Conduct body scans and fitness consultations to tailor plans for members.
• Deliver group workouts (1–15 clients) with emphasis on safety and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment and support local marketing initiatives.
• Review club performance reports to adjust training strategies and stay aligned with goals.
