Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred, but not required.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred, but not required; certification required after hiring.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred; certification obtainable.
• Sales experience preferred; self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through a structured process.
• Schedule consultations with members and prospects.
• Gain referrals by delivering exceptional service.
• Lead group workouts for 1–15 members with safety and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment.
• Review club performance and adjust training strategies.
• Attend meetings and support club initiatives.
