Job summary

Afbluestar is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver high‑quality training sessions, conduct body scans, and follow a structured sales process to grow personal training revenue. The role involves engaging with members and prospects to promote services and keeping the gym environment welcoming and motivating for clients.

You will lead group workouts for 1–15 members, monitor form and safety, and support ongoing certification and education efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health field preferred.
• Personal Training Certification preferred but not required at hire; certification required post hiring.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred; ability to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales following a structured process and meet monthly revenue goals.
• Conduct body scans and fitness consultations to tailor plans and track progress.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members while ensuring safety and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Review club performance reports to adjust training strategies and identify trends.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to grow professionally and align with club goals.
