Afbluestar is seeking a Personal Trainer who will deliver high-quality training sessions, conduct body scans, and drive personal training sales within a welcoming gym community. You will maintain a clean, supportive environment while focusing on helping members reach their fitness goals.

The role involves leading group workouts, following a structured sales process, staying current with certifications, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional member experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through a structured process.
• Engage with members and prospects via calls to schedule consultations.
• Gain referrals by delivering exceptional service.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
• Perform daily cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Review club performance reports and adjust training strategies.
• Attend meetings and pursue ongoing certifications.
