Job summary

Afbluestar is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to help members achieve their fitness goals through engaging, results-driven sessions. You will perform body scans, provide personalized plans, and lead group workouts from 1–15 participants while maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment.

You will also drive personal training sales through a structured process, follow up with members, and participate in local marketing efforts to grow the club’s presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field preferred but not required.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred; certification required after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales and meet monthly revenue goals.
• Conduct body scans and assess client fitness to tailor plans.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups (1–15) ensuring safety and engagement.
• Engage with members and prospects via calls/follow-ups to schedule consultations.
