You will collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to retain accounts, quote renewable business, and explore cross-selling opportunities while maintaining data accuracy in agency systems and supporting the

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• No travel required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with Account Managers, Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing and renewal.
• Oversees preparation and implementation of transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Understands clients’ insurance objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Keeps abreast of changes in the insurance industry and external conditions.
• Negotiates with underwriters and carriers as needed.
• Maintains account retention and expands business with current clients.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems when necessary.
