Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with autonomy and sound judgment.
• Work with Account Managers, Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Prepare and implement transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for accounts.
• Understand client insurance objectives and compare plans for suitability.
• Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry and advise clients accordingly.
• Liaise with clients and carriers to resolve escalated issues.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and leads.
• Document conversations and update HUB systems accurately.
